This healthy green smoothie is a great drink to go with a healthy, active lifestyle!

Green Smoothie

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Cup Cold Water
  • 1/2 Cup Mango (frozen)*
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple (frozen)*
  • 1 Banana
*You can substitute fruit to your liking. Frozen fruit makes the smoothie less watery.
Directions:
  1. Tightly pack spinach for measurement.  In a blender, blend the spinach with water until there are no noticeable chunks.
  2. Add mango, pineapple and banana and blend.
  3. Enjoy!
