This healthy green smoothie is a great drink to go with a healthy, active lifestyle!
1 Cup Spinach
1 Cup Cold Water
1/2 Cup Mango (frozen)*
1/2 Cup Pineapple (frozen)*
*You can substitute fruit to your liking. Frozen fruit makes the smoothie less watery.
Tightly pack spinach for measurement. In a blender, blend the spinach with water until there are no noticeable chunks.
Add mango, pineapple and banana and blend.
