These banana pancakes are bursting with flavor, easy and quick to make, and a delicious healthy alternative to traditional pancakes!

Banana Pancakes

Ingredients:
  • 1 Banana
  • 2 Eggs
  • Dash of Cinnamon
  • Dash of Vanilla
  • Oil for cooking
  • Optional - Organic Maple Syrup
Directions:
  1. In a blender, blend the banana, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla slightly until mixed.
  2. Fry in oil of preference (like coconut oil) like a pancake.
  3. Add organic maple syrup if you like and enjoy!
