Oil for cooking
Optional - Organic Maple Syrup
In a blender, blend the banana, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla slightly until mixed.
Fry in oil of preference (like coconut oil) like a pancake.
Add organic maple syrup if you like and enjoy!
